This course will give you an eight-step process for a difficult conversation, as well as some things to consider when deciding to have the conversation (such as your desired outcome, the time and place, and how to stay safe). You’ll also learn how to speak persuasively, ask good questions, and listen actively.
This course will explore the benefits of onboarding, show you how to design an onboarding framework, give you ways to customize the program for different audiences (including managers and executives), and demonstrate how to measure results from the program.
After you complete this course, you will be able to: Apply your knowledge of body language to improve communication, understand the impact of space in a conversation, understand the nuances of body language from a range of areas including your face, hands, arms, legs, and posture, use mirroring and matching techniques to build rapport, shake hands with confidence, and dress for success.
In this course, you will focus on the last three stages of the project life cycle: planning, execution, and termination. This includes identifying tasks and resources; using scheduling techniques like the work breakdown structure, Gantt charts, and network diagrams; preparing a budget; executing a project; and controlling changes.
